I just found out (by implying, hinting, asking indirectly) the guy whom I really like is a “boob man.” I appreciate his honesty, but I can’t help feeling a little insecure about my body image. I have barely B cup breasts.
I am just wondering when a man says he’s a breast man, does he always mean “big breasts”? I am under the impression that he likes perky (No way sagging) breasts, (mine are perky) but I am too embarrassed to ask him about the size. How do I feel secure enough to tell him I am actually only B cup? (I have been wearing good Bra to show my cleavage, I am afraid he got the wrong impression.)

Kay, so. I have a problem with man boobs and its not that bad, but it is noticeable when my shirt comes off. I am 140 pounds, 5′10 and do excersise and do chest workouts. Is there any workouts that would benefit me? Ive been doing incline dumbbell flies, flat dumbbell flies, bench press, dumbbell presses (flat), dumbbell presses inclined. Ive been noticing some build up of muscle in the upper pectoral muscles but am having trouble with the under part of the man boobs, any suggestions? I really am willing to go to any lengths that will not risk my health. So please suggest away and dont say things like duct tape, cause thats just not helping. Thank you

ok my friend has man boobs that stick out kinda far lol like umm, an inch or so. we starting skool soon and he wants to hide them. so i told him to put athletic adhesive tape around it to hide them. the only problem is we aint sure if it’s gunna hold up when we play basketball or basically like doin sports where yu sweat. he aint fat hes tall and a lil chubby. and also if he wraps tape around his chest will it affect his breathing at all.? aight well help nd thankss.!!! :p :p :p

I wanna know if Cardio exercise, specifically jogging, will make my abs go away. See I have a 6 pack, and it looks really nice. I have that whole “v” shape too. I finally got the abs after 2 years of sit-ups. Problem is that I have some stomach fat, and you can only see my abs if you kinda push my stomach down. Would doing Cardio(jogging) to loose that fat also make my abs go away, or the “v”? Also I have Man Boobs. Will doing like 15 “wide arm” push-ups a night get rid of them, or at least help?

So I’m a 20 year old healthy male. when I was in 4th grade I became very overweight and through out years I got even heavier getting to a max of 250 and one day I decided that I was tired of it so I started to exercise and got down to 155 and from her I started to life weights in hopes that my man boobs would go away but they still linger. so after a year of hard work with little results I have decided that surgery is possibly my only way to get rid of them. First of all, i just turned 14 i weigh around 175-180. I’m 5′ 7″. i’m wondering if this is a good plan to lose my man boobs. also how long will this take?
eating around 1500-1800 calories per day, not junk food though, and especially no SODA
also i will be running a mile and doing pectoral flies, lat pull down, dumbbells and benchpresses four time a week. when it becomes summer change running to swimming. im hoping to have them lost by mid-august for next schoolyear. think this is possible? help please. also if you have any other ideas i should do tell me please

lol well um this is kinda you know..sumthing you dont ask people so ill ask it here..
ok…so i lost alot of weight and i mean ALOT and when i was fat i had very big man boobs ( lol) and it stretched the skin on my nipple. And since i am now normal sized my chest look weird…because you know how on a nipple ( of a guy) there is a dot in the middle and like brown skin surrounding well the brown skin surrounding my nipple got stretched and now look large and not as dark as sumone who did not have thers stretched.
