Too much chest workout would cause an imbalance, causing man boobs, right?

You want to do the cardio to cut down on your body fat, but you should also focus on your chest – specifically incline bench presses (avoid decline bench presses if you are trying to get rid of man boobs).

I agree with one answer posted here, basically man boobs are fat and if you want to get rid of your man boobs, you should loose that fat and stop it from accumulating in that area again. The best way to loose fat is to to cardios. And for me, one of the best cardio training is interval training. You can search the net for interval training program. You can also work your chest but that doesn’t really address the fat problem, it will make your chest more toned so if you loose the fat, you’ll see a pretty defined pectoralis. So in summary you should focus more on cardio training.

Man boobs are caused by fat.
I would focus on getting rid of your overall body fat by doing cardio workouts that would increase your heart rate. adn in addition a weight workout.
At the gym everything you do will work on helping with man boobs, but i wouldnt recommend just doing back and shoulders. you should work out your whole body evenly.
Also make sure you change your diet. See a personal trainer for more details.

you always have to make sure that when you work out you balance your body otherwise you will get random fatty areas.
