Will I Lose Stomach/chest Fat From Lifting Weights Alone?

im a 19 year old male (using my gf account) 5′ 9″ 160… I have stomach & chest fat, i dont like doing sit up’s.. Will i lose my stomach and chest fat from just lifting weights alone or will i just get muscular arms and keep the stomach/chest fat?

You will lose some but not to the extent to give you a tone look! Combine your workout with high intense interval training, the most effective exercise to burn fat! do some research on internet, go to WebMD, or any other reputable website, you’ll be surprised to see its benefits.
Interval Training, makes you burn fat for 24-48 hours after every training session!

First and foremost your Diet should be full of fibre with sprouts ,salad fruits and soups with green leafy vegetables. no Sugar related drinks like coke pepsi with total stop to junk food bakery products and non veg which have maximum calories and no nutrition. don’t consume dairy products like cheese butter etc.
Daily you need to do your workout with cardio exercises along with yoga and pranayam. take a CD of swami ramdev and do the pranayam and you will not believe the result. but this should be followed through out life and not just till marriage else you will be what you are. hope you will follow and become slim and trim.

just lifting wont get rid of the fat, you will build muscle but there will still be fat over it.
so yes you’ll get muscular arms and keep your fat.
if you want to get rid of fat you have to do cardio and loose more calories than you consume.
