my nephew has a cyst in his which makes him look very uneven as he has kind of large man boobs. Do you feel a lump or anything in there? if so, see your doctor.

This is normal you use it more then the left side and therefore have more muscle on the right side so you have a bigger right boob.

it happens to girls to. there is always one boob in your case man boob that is bigger then the other it is usually the right one but it can be the left dont worry its normal.

Not to fear. Women have uneven breasts too. Some are very noticeably different, others aren’t. It’s due to the asymmetry of the human body. Everyone has different sides of their face, their legs, their feet, etc.,
As long as THERE IS NO HARD lump in either breast, you’re okay.

Well, take it from me, do not go for surgery as it is expensive. Anyway, all you need is a good exercise program and some dieting advice and your man boobs will disappear. Then you will not have to worry anymore whether one is bigger than the other.
