What Types Of Exercises Help Lose Man Boobs?

I am a 16 year old guy and have man boobs I would like to get rid of. I eat pretty healthy but would like to do more exercising to work on this part of my body. What are some things I can do to lose fat in this area? Thank You.

Push Ups!
Push ups are a timeless workout that if done correctly and often it can build a strong chest area.
There are several push ups to be done that work several areas of the chest.
Standard push ups = Shoulder width arm span, Down with elbows pointing outward.
Military Push Ups = Shoulder width arm span, Down with elbows pinched close to body.
Wide Push Ups = (Concentrated on Chest) Wide Arm Span, Down with elbows outward.
Decline Push Ups = Standard Push Up with legs elevated on a chair.
Diamond Push Up = Feet spread apart, thumbs and pointer fingers touching in the shape of a diamond, Down and elbows out.
Dive Bombers = These look stupid but work, Push up position with butt in the air, Do the motion of diving under a fence then back your butt back from under the fence go back and forth in a rocking motion.
Do around 200 a day in sets of 25. Do more if you can and would like. Push ups are are tried and true method to building chest and core (ab) muscles. That is why it is the dominant exercise in the military.
Ever wonder why you drop and give them 50 so much and after boot camp, which is only two months, they come back looking ripped.
Trust me i am in the military. If you do this right and consistently with a good diet you can build a strong chest fast.

there is no specific thing that could remove chest fats or in fats in a specific locations, the best way is to do cardio exercises with healthy food
weight lifting exercise can help..
try incline presses with dumb-bells, this is a great exercise for the chest

If you go to the gym do chest press if not you can do push ups to build up your chest

cardio workouts ..running…swimming… lifting weights…put emphasis on the pectorals and upper back
