Okay I am a fourteen year old male and i hate my man boobs and to make it worse my nipples look really swollen ! any suggestions of how to get rid of them thanks

I sure this problem on channel 4 embarrassing teenage body’s.
You could archly have brest tissue in your breasts. You cant have surgery until like early 23 if there really annoying you. But what they sed your should do is loose weight
If you loose weight your breast will go down.

uhm, well you might have this one disease where guys actually do get boobs… but prolly not. if ur over weight you just have have have have to work out. it willl go away. i would recomend cardio more then like weight lifting..

as your body matures you will develop breasts, and you might have some tenderness. Don’t worry they will go away!
