The more muscle mass you have, the more fat you will burn no matter what you&#039;re doing. Do several workouts specifically aimed at the chest, as getting bigger pecs will make your chest more defined even if there is a layer of fat, and eventually you&#039;ll burn that fat off and be even better.Try some cardio exercises too.</description>
