Don’t listen to that crap about wu yi tea or whatever. Don’t necessarily eat less, just eat healthier, and work out 3 or 4 times per week. The more muscle mass you have, the more fat you will burn no matter what you’re doing. Do several workouts specifically aimed at the chest, as getting bigger pecs will make your chest more defined even if there is a layer of fat, and eventually you’ll burn that fat off and be even better.Try some cardio exercises too.

When I was heavy I had to lose weight everywhere. Hips, thighs, you name it. I was miserable. I’m the happiest person these days and for me that’s great to say because that wasn’t always the case.
