What Is The Best Way To Lose Chest Fat?
Posted on 16. Jan, 2010 by admin in Man Boob Forum
I’m a 20 year old male and I’ve recently dropped a substantial amount of weight. I was 230 as of May 1st 2009, and now September 23rd 2009 I’m about 185. I’m pretty happy with the looks of my stomach, but for some reason my chest (man boobs) wont seem to slim its self down.
I’m not looking for some ripped bolding chest… I’m just trying to have it kinda blend in more with my stomach.
Any suggestions for exercise or something?

Everyone is different. You cannot isolate what area you want to lose fat. You lose it all around. Everyone stores different amounts of fat in different areas of the body. But as long as you keep working out and losing body fat, you will see the fat from your chest go down. You should try doing pushups. Weightlifting will also help. It builds muscle and muscles helps burn body fat more quickly. Also, muscle will help out w/ your cardio, and you’ll become more productive when you workout and thus burn even more body fat.

Try specific exercise for the upper chest, that’ll tighten the muscles underneath.
Fat stores on each of us differently, it may be that this is where excess sticks the longest on you body. If you’re still losing it may come off off there anyway, and the muscle work will tone up what’s not fat.

Try cycling, running, swimming, surfing or you could do a bootcamp. They’re all good and so is weight training as well. Also eating fruits and vegetables helps as well and cut out lollies, chips, soft drinks as this will be turned into unused energy which will then turn into fat on your body.
