What Exercises Should I Do To Lose My Stomach And Chest Fat?

i am a little overweight but it pretty much only shows in my stomach and chest. i want it gone in short time but i don’t know what to do. i need workouts i can do at home because i am on house arrest.

Cut down on your carbs to start, Wide stance pushup will help alot on your chest, try doing as many situps as you can and when it hurts push yourself to the limit by doing 5-10 more. Rest then do it over again. You also need to understand that you can do as many pushups/situps as you want and you will gain muscle yes, but fat will still cover that muscle. SO try and shadow box until you get a really good sweat going, also try and be as active as you can around your house and you will burn the max amount of calories. Hope I helped

Keep hitting the weights and they will go away. Until then, just cover them up.
Go to a website like http://www.chestfxstore.com where you can get a t shirt that hides your man boobs. I have four of them and they work great.

Cut down on your calorie intake and exercise 30 minutes everyday. Also start doing sit ups and crunches.
