What Exercises Can I Do To Get Rid Of Man Boobs?

i have been doing exercises with weights which were 16 pounds each weight, though now there two light for me to use, they do much, tho there has been a difference to my man boobs.. a GOOD difference, they look alright.. towards near my neck i have good muscle, but around my nipple its all flabby, what muscle execises could i do? would push ups work? and make that nipple area all nice muscley..^^ btw im 14 years old

It is mostly a matter of losing fat. So, low carbs, high cardio exercises…..to burnt he fat. Weights will build the muscle, and increase your metabolism..so continue. But, if there is fat on top of muscles, that is what you will see. Good luck!

pure cardio. excersice with weights will only build muscle but wont remove hte fat like cardio work out. for isntance running.

a lot has to do with diet- if you can eliminate drinking beer,
and get rid of all the sugar in your diet- they will go away

Well continuously working out your pecs by doing bench presses will help. But if you have true gynecomastia with glandular tissue of the breast, working out will not get rid of it completely. Since you’re 14, gynecomastia may lessen or go away as you fully mature. But for some, it can stick around into adult hood.
