What Exercise Can I Do To Get Rid Of My Man Boobs?

ive lost some weight in my mid section and now i want to lose weight up top so anyone have specific exercises or any other tips to lose my man boobs?

As an experience bodybuilder I can tell you that there isnt any excercise to get rid of man boobs (if you mean gynecomastia) is a development of fat tissues similar to those found in girls, due to an excess of the female hormone estrogen. Men and woman produce this hormone but in different proportions. Some conditions can cause men to produce this hormone in a high rate, thus producing this condition.
First of get a good anti estrogen like Formadrol (legal) this will inhibit the conversion of testosterone in estrogen giving you more testosterone and less estrogen reducing the “man boobs” over time (maybe 3 or 4 months) or go to a doctor, according to the severity he might recommend something more powerful like Nolvadex (illegal without prescription)
Second hit the gym, and hard train hard, this will increas you testosterone production, and will burn excess fat (acumulated fat makes man produce more estrogen)
If this doesn’t help then next thing is surgery, it is a simple and fast procedure, but as any surgery can have some complications.
Final tip: Go into any supplement store and look under the category “estrogen blocker” any descent supplement store will have it and check for prices and reviews or go to the store and ask there.

pushups, bench presses. Anything for your chest. Keep in mind certain bodies are built in certain ways – some people simply can’t get get rid of a trait through any amount of trying because it’s just the way they are. They might have permanent man boobs, gut, or in my case, love handles that can never go away no matter what.

Do some cardio (20 mins) and work on your chest with Press ups and Chest presses. Its how I done it =]
Eat lots of veggies and meats =]

do pushups and bench press because it gonna help develop pectoral muscles and then u will have muscle man boobs :)
