if you bench twice a week for mass youl be straight in about six weeks.

Walking or jogging. Whatever you do make sure your consistent with it.

first of all it aint no quickie (six weeks)…..its really going to take longer than that!
i go to the gym 3/4 times a week and would recommend:
bench press
push ups
pull ups
…..and ALOT of cardio esp on the treadmill for the finish!
the first 3 exercises will build chest muscle and the cardio will strip you of any excess fat!
do the routine till you cant even stand up straight!….seriously!
NO PAIN, NO GAIN!!!……………WHATEVER YOU DO DONT GIVE UP!
