Pseudo-gynecomastia Or Gynecomastia?

hey guys about 6 months ago i started to feel a little lump under my left nipple it was sore to touch, btu after while it disappeared but now im left with a puffy nipple but no lump.
is this gynecomastia or Pseudogynecomastia now.

Probably neither. Gynecomastia is often found in adolescents, and is due to an imbalance in hormones (they’re all over the place as you go through puberty), whereas pseudogynecomastia masquerades as it, due to excess fat. In true gynecomastia, there’s often a hard disk underneath the nipple area (feeling almost like a thick rubber washer); indicative of active hormonal tissue.
Get it checked out by your doctor if you’re worried. But I think you can probably rule both out.
