Need To Lose Chest Fat In 3 Weeks!?

im going on vacation in 3 weeks and i have twenty pound weights to work with but that’s all is there any work outs that i can do daily to lose some chest fat and possibly get pecks?

Eat well, never skip breakfast and have at least 3 meals a day. In your meals you want 50% – slow releasing carbs (oatmeal, brown rice, wholemeal bread, lots of fruits lots of vegetables); 30% – protein (chicken, eggs, fish, and lean beef); and 20% – fats (lots of nuts, avocado, olive oil, and primarily monosaturated fats). Eat like that and you’ll notice a big change in your body.
Get yourself a good multi vitamin and omega 3 tablet.
Also, drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day is very important.
