My 19 Year Old Bf Has Man-boobs What Can He Do To Get Rid Of Them?

He is about 6ft but weighs around 290lbs and he is fat but he has man-boobs are the manboobs there just because he is fat or what? and how can he get rid of them? its affecting his self esteem allot.

Michelle, your boyfriend is more likely to have these “manboobs” if he is overweight. He is overweight and the number one solution to getting rid of those, is diet and excercise.
If he is 19 years old, then the odds are with him because it is easier to lose weight.
I’m sure if he diets and exercises (lifting in particular), then he will lose his manboobs at around 210-220 lbs.

Upper Body workouts and change of diet can help with your problem. Its either that or you can bring it on down to plasticville
