Man Boob (moob) Help Please!?

First of all, i just turned 14 i weigh around 175-180. I’m 5′ 7″. i’m wondering if this is a good plan to lose my man boobs. also how long will this take?
eating around 1500-1800 calories per day, not junk food though, and especially no SODA
also i will be running a mile and doing pectoral flies, lat pull down, dumbbells and benchpresses four time a week. when it becomes summer change running to swimming. im hoping to have them lost by mid-august for next schoolyear. think this is possible? help please. also if you have any other ideas i should do tell me please

The key is diet diet and exercise.
You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit
Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie
Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.
Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.
So Example :
Monday – 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday – 1 hour lifting
Wednesday – Rest
Thrusday – 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday – 1 hour lifting
Saturday – Rest
Sunday – 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio

The exercise sounds like a good plan. But don’t cut your calorie intake. You need at least 2500 calories. You’re a growing guy! Just drink loads of water. Keep in mind that guys usually shoot up around 15 or 16, so don’t worry. Everything will even out.

Your workouts sound good. However, 1500-1800 calories is way too little. Especially for a male. It’s really all about portion control and eating in moderation. Smaller meals more often. Eat lots of food high in protein and fiber.

It does sound like a good diet and exercise plan, but you have to keep it up. it sounds like your willing to do it so that’s a good start to being a healthly change. I’m not sure how long it will take to loose the weight but you’ll get there in the end :)
Just keep up the exercise and healthy food.

that is a good plan….but…. they’re boobs…[chest area] you need to stretch that chest! ^^ but yes i like yer diet thingy.
Get dumbells[sp?] and lie down on something flat, raise your arms in the air above you , making your palms face eachother and pull your arms to the side!! you’ll soon have a great chest and sexy arms!! also push ups are great!!

Stay away from pop and junk food and keep exercising.. You should see results!!! Eat chicken, eggs, turkey, fruits, veggies, drink water. Swimming is excellent and so is jogging to get rid of the flab.
