Man Boob (moob) Help Please!?

First of all, i just turned 14 i weigh around 175-180. I’m 5′ 7″. i’m wondering if this is a good plan to lose my man boobs. also how long will this take?
eating around 1500-1800 calories per day, not junk food though, and especially no SODA
also i will be running a mile and doing pectoral flies, lat pull down, dumbbells and benchpresses four time a week. when it becomes summer change running to swimming. im hoping to have them lost by mid-august for next schoolyear. think this is possible? help please. also if you have any other ideas i should do tell me please
