		<description>What you are doing is good but if you just do cardio and your stomach it will look like you have a bigger chest (until you burn off most of the fat) so if you don&#039;t have a gym available, do push-ups. Do as many push-ups as you can do.If you can&#039;t do more than 12, do the push-up on your knee&#039;s and try to do 24-30 4 times.
Also if your trying to burn calories it would be better if you don&#039;t but it right back into your system by eating junk food. Here&#039;s a trick try to do all of your exercise just before you go to sleep.</description>
