Losing Chest Fat And Weight?

Im running at 7 incline and 3.5 mph for 1 hour burning 600-650 calories and do 18-20 mins of ab lounge. Im weighing 212 and im 6`2 my fat is scattered out and most of it is chest fat. i dont eat anything after 5 p.m. would i lose fat on my chest and stuff and does it still matter how much calories i consume like i eat junk but still watch out that i dont eat alot. By the way im 16.

What you are doing is good but if you just do cardio and your stomach it will look like you have a bigger chest (until you burn off most of the fat) so if you don’t have a gym available, do push-ups. Do as many push-ups as you can do.If you can’t do more than 12, do the push-up on your knee’s and try to do 24-30 4 times.
Also if your trying to burn calories it would be better if you don’t but it right back into your system by eating junk food. Here’s a trick try to do all of your exercise just before you go to sleep.

your 16 you shouldn’t be worrying about it. just keep up healthy and save it till your a bit older. you are perfectly healthy
