Losing Chest Fat?

I’m 5′ 7″ and around 167 pounds. I have gone to the gym quite regularly every other day for a year, though it has been almost solely weight-training. I have some extra fat on my chest that I’d like to get rid of, though thankfully the weight training has disguised my chest fat. What is a good routine to lose fat overall. I know there is no such thing as spot reduction, so I already have my mind ready to lose fat overall.
Would jogging on the treadmill for 20 minutes at a time 3 times a week would be good for me, or should I do it more often than that? I hear weight-training 3 times a week with cardio 5 times a week is good, but I’m not too sure.

After you do you weight training, finish off with cardio, whether it be on a bike, treadmill, or whatever for 20-30 minutes. When you do your lifting, you dip into some of your fat and sugar reserves and when you finish with cardio, you’re burning an even higher amount of fat. You need to end with the cardio because you want to have the maximum amount of sugars/reserves to exert while you lift as well. I would start out with a less intense cardio routine but eventually it would be best to end with a good cardio session after every workout. Try that and hopefully all excess fat will get burnt.
