		<description>A good workoutm, a more rounded diet and an hour or two of spare time is all that you need. In the morning right when you wake up eat eggs, protein shake, and fruit. Don&#039;t cook your eggs in butter. Then do some activity that will make your heart rate go faster for 30-45 minutes. Riding a bike, jump roping, or plyometrics are some examples. For lunch eat vegtables, dairy, and a sandwhich with some type of meat in it. Eat slowly because your body takes 20 minutes to register how full you are. 
Do some ab workouts too. 60 crunches, bycicles, and obliques (both sides) should start you off well, and if that is too hard then try a little lower number like 30 and work your way up to 100 each.
At dinner since you ate so well for the previous meals you get to eat a small dessert and what ever you want for dinner.
Now the workouts in the morning should have kept your metabilism going all day therefore making you burn more calories throughout the course of the day.
Also, check with a nutrisionist to see some carious ways of cooking each food group the healthy way.</description>
