Lose Stomach/chest Fat And Gain Muscle?
Posted on 26. Jan, 2010 by admin in Man Boob Forum
i’m a 17 year old male who is 6′1″ and weighs 163 lbs. i’m not that much overweight. my weight is good for my height but i am a little chunky. i am trying to lose weight on my chest and stomach because all my fat seems to go there and i need to get rid of it. my arms are pretty skinny tho. I want to put on muscle and size but i also want to get rid of my chest and stomach fat. i eat turkey breast, wheat bread, lots of egg white and tuna. i sometimes eat peanut butter but no more than 2 tablespoons a day. i dont know what to do to solve my problem. If i run too much then i kno that i will also lose muscle along with the fat. i lift weights at least 4 times a week. can i just lift weights (with a healthy diet) and lose fat along with muscle gain or do i also have to run and how much should i run since i also wan’t to gain muscle mass? i really want to get bigger muscle wise. but i also want to get rid of the chunkiness. what can i do?
is there anyone that can help me? any advice? Thanks

A good workoutm, a more rounded diet and an hour or two of spare time is all that you need. In the morning right when you wake up eat eggs, protein shake, and fruit. Don’t cook your eggs in butter. Then do some activity that will make your heart rate go faster for 30-45 minutes. Riding a bike, jump roping, or plyometrics are some examples. For lunch eat vegtables, dairy, and a sandwhich with some type of meat in it. Eat slowly because your body takes 20 minutes to register how full you are.
Do some ab workouts too. 60 crunches, bycicles, and obliques (both sides) should start you off well, and if that is too hard then try a little lower number like 30 and work your way up to 100 each.
At dinner since you ate so well for the previous meals you get to eat a small dessert and what ever you want for dinner.
Now the workouts in the morning should have kept your metabilism going all day therefore making you burn more calories throughout the course of the day.
Also, check with a nutrisionist to see some carious ways of cooking each food group the healthy way.
