I suffered from so called "man boobs" for a while, at least until I found this product. I now dedicate a site to the product because it ACTUALLY worked for me.

when you lose weight your chest is the first place it down sizes. so yes.
but you have to keep going because then you'll look disproportional if you stop

I went from 118 lbs wearing a 32DD to 98 lbs (I'm right under 5'3 so 98 lbs is not skeletal on me) wearing a 32D. So I lost a cup size.

For many women, when they lose weight, the first place they lose it from is their breasts. This is a very common trend. Besides, when you lose weight, it comes off of everywhere (at least somewhat).
For me personally, I lost about 25 pounds over the summer and I went from a 36 D to a 34 B.

I would think so. There isn't a real way to know that, but I believe that women lose their chest first while losing weight (although it hasn't happened with me yet and I am trying to do the same thing as you and I've lost 20lbs and they are still the same size).
Good luck though. Everyone is different.

You probably would have a smaller chest. Losing weight means losing it from all over - so your breasts would most likely be smaller, too.
