You will not believe what I say. If you can digest it, read. I had quite a big belly. I tried many exercise. In fact I tried very hard. But nothing worked. Then I was born again, and I started praying to be delivered from generational curses, and to my surprise my belly began growing smaller and smaller. It came as a bonus. I have not done any exercise in the last three and a quarter years (the last time was Oct 2004).
