If you are not sure if it pseudo-gyno or actual gyno, the best thing to do is to let your doctor know and they can check it out for you. It is best to let them know anyway because it may be something medically wrong with you that is causing it. If that is the case, then surgery will only get rid of it for a while and it will come back. If the doctor tells you that it is gyno, you can usually have the surgery for about $5,000. I am going to have the surgery in about two weeks. I am like you. I had it really bad when I was about 12 and 13, then it started to go away. It never went completely away, but it was less noticeable. When I was 22, it started to come back. I tried everything to get to go away. Then somebody suggested that I get it checked out.
