Glycogen in the muscles runs out at twenty minutes, after that it’s all fat or what you’ve eaten that day.

its your diet that matters!
If you have a healthy diet and you run on a treadmill for one hour a day or 5 days a week, then you will lose noticeable weight!

Yes! after 30 min your body starts burning fat. Just hold in your stomach and remember to breath properly and you will get better results than any other ab exercise.

The body starts burning fat instead of muscle energy(there’s a great name for it but it escapes me I want to say glycogen) after 30 minutes. So this sounds good. Happy running! Oh and if you hit a plateau change the intensity.
