Im A Guy And I Wanna Lose Chest And Stomach Fat, How Long, How Much, And What Exercises Would I Hav To Do?

Im a 17 year old guy and i hav chest and stomach fat that i wanna lose, i hav no exercise equipment and i wanna know How long i hav to exercise a day, how frequent i hav to work out, how much i hav to work out during the workouts, and what type of workouts i would hav to do in order to lose weight in those areas.

I’ve found consistent running to be the quickest way to burn fat. Start out by alternating 2 minutes running-2 minutes walking for a total of 20 minutes. Then make the ratio 2/1 until you can run for the entire 20 minutes. When your endurance improves, you can raise the run to 30 minutes if you are up to it. I’d shoot for at least 4 runs per week. I did this before a beach vacation and lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks. For your long-term health, you should consider a strength training- cardio mix.

Like that bot so mechanically said, it is impossible to target a single part of your body to reduce fat there. However, what you can do is make your muscles more defined in that certain part by training that muscle group. It is not recommended because it can have dire results on your body. What I do recommend is exercising and doing activities such as jogging, swimming, walking in order to lower your overall body fat.
Also, do not eat any fast food or junk food as it will not benefit your results.

any excersise that should keep you moving for as long as 30 minutes:
so running, biking and small excersises
and you should atleast do this daily
including sticking to water
eating more veggies
eating more fruit
eating things with less sugart and calories
but DONT starve yourself!!!!!
if your not gonna eat
you should atleast eat breakfast because if you eat breakfast you’ll lose wait casue you’ll have some nuitrishon and thyen if you choose not to eat lunch and dinner than thast fine
in about a year or half of a year youll be skinnier
and if you want abs
just use weights

eat everything in moderation and do some crunches during commercials if you are watching t.v. and hold your abdominals tight for a minute a time about five times a day for a month. you are a guy you lose weight faster than us girls
good luck!! and do some bench pressing for the pec region for about a month also

weight loss is very simple. you have to use more energy then you put in. so first thing you have to do is use one of then internet calculators to find out how much you body uses up.

then from that subtract about 500 calories. thereby u will have a 500 calorie deficit a day. now in 1 kg of fat there are 3500 calories. meaning you will lose 1kg a week on this diet.
Ive lost over 30 kgs myself and in my opinion think its 70% diet 30% workout. i pretty much ate normal home cooked meals such as pasta, steak, soup pretty much everything. i only cut out all drinks other then water and milk with cereal in the mourning. and also all sweets like candy and chocolate cake. also a key s portion control. Do not eat till you cant eat anymore. that what got you into this mess. the Japanese have a good saying. eat till your 4/5 full
do that with about 30 mins of exercise a day were you actually build a sweat not just read a magazine and casually move your legs round a little.
this together will be enough for you to loose weight. its mainly self control in your diet. don’t eat like a pig and you wont be and look like one. im sorry for being so harsh but i used to be in the same shoes and just think if i can do it anyone can. its not cutting of your arm or anything. just eat a little less and skip the extra serving.
