im very nervous about runing and people say push ups will make my chest bigger what should i do if i do push ups and sit ups my chest should flaten out wright please help me

Pushups will make your chest muscles bigger and get rid of the fat and flab. They won’t give you bigger man-boobs.
Situps and crunches work more on the abdominals. They’ll firm them and give them some muscular definition.
Running is a great exercise for losing weight and toning up all over. You don’t say why you’re nervous about it. You can start with walking, which is alos a great exercise. Try to walk at a good pace for at least 20 minutes at a time. When you’re comfortable with that, add a minute of running (at a comfortable pace) somewhere in the walk. Try to fit the minute’s run a few times into each walk. Build this up over time until you’re running the whole time.
You can run on your high school’s track if you want to measure the distance. Start with at least one full lap around the track. Walk as much of it as you need to. Or do the lap as a walk with the one-minute runs.
Of course you need to quit eating junk food to lose weight. Get the vegetables in and cut down on the butter, cheese and fat in meats.
