If I Do Pushups To Lose Chest Fat, Do I Do Them At Once Or Spread Out Thru The Day? ?

If I plan to do 100 push ups a day to lose chest fat, which do in sets of 10, should do them all at once (to be effective) or is it ok to spread them out through out the day? I was thinking doing 30-40 in the morning, 30-40 in the evening and 30-40 at night.
I was also thinking maybe doing more then 100, is that a good idea?

You are not going to lose fat around your chest by doing push-ups. fat loss will only occur with proper diet and burning calories, even then you will not be able to target specific areas where the fat loss occurs. Forget doing sets of 10, you are stopping way too soon. Anytime you do push-ups you should do maximum reps. Go until failure but concentrate on maintaining good form. Take a 30-60 second rest between sets.
Good Luck!
