Any thing physical that you can do will burn off calories of the food that you eat,but in order for you to lose weight you need to eat healthy.

I have the same problem right now. What is really helping me with my running is that I am weightlifting 3 times a week, targeting different parts of my chest. It is a good workout if you go for endurance, don’t be one of those people that do an exercise then talk to someone for 10 minutes than do another exercise. Trust me though, lifting is where it is at if you are doing cardio as well.

u need a combination of weight training and cardio…. not just running.. u want to build muscle to burn more fat….
so do running for 3 times a week 30 mins
and the weight training for 40 mins 4 times a week
and then whatever sports u play…
u will get fit fast like this.. trust me on this one…

You don’t have to run to lose fat, just do at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days (2 off) and stay away from sugary carbs.
