I Want 2 Lose Fat From My Chest & Stomach Area, What Should I Eat & What Kind Of Exercises Should I Do?

i want nice looking biceps, triceps & chest suggest some exercise & also explain how to do them

Without knowing a little more about your body Its hard to say. The easyest way to a good looking body is to be healthy.
We will start with diet. Don’t think of the word “diet” as a way to lose weight, think of it just as the food you eat. Start out by writing down everything you eat for a week, along with the number of calories. Don’t change your diet just yet. Take note of the unhealthy food you eat. Then create a plan to subsitute the foods you eat with healthier alternatives. You will want to decrease you diet by about 500 calories. You never want to decrease your intake more than 500, or you body might go into starvation mode.
It is very difficult to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. Try going on 6 month intervals. Gain muscle in the winter, and lose fat in the summer. When you are losing fat, follow the diet as above. Do aerobic exorcise two or three times a week. Jogging, swimming, walking, whatever floats your boat. Gently increace your goals as you make progress. In your muscle gain stage you will actually want to increace calories, again by about 500. Here are a few good exorcises
chest- Lay on the floor or bench with a dumbell in each hand and arms out straight (like jesus). Slowly raise the dumbells until they touch. Slowly lower them. Do 10 or so sets of 5 or so repetitions. Increase your weight and goals as you make progress. Start out light and move up.
Biceps – curls pretty self explanitory. I usually do twice a week, 3 sets until muscle failure.
Triceps- stand knees bent, left foot in front of the right, shoulder width apart. with your right elbow c ocked back. extend your right arm back using your ticep. Do a few sets, slowly increasing your weight and goals.
When doing muscle gain, don’t overwork yourself. Don’t do more than 2 or 3 times a week. give your body plenty of time to recover

No junk food, fast food garbage, sugary sweet soda’s. Eat plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables. Don’t eat too many starches like potatoes, rice, pasta or bread. Drink plenty of water & fat free milk. Snack on raw fruits & veggies. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk – then – do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. Try to work in push ups, sit ups, pull ups & skipping rope whenever you can. Within 90 days you will be able to tell a great difference.

There is a common misconception with losing weight in specific areas. There is no true way to spot reduce fat cells, but a healthy diet with plenty of protein should help you reduce your overall body fat and build lean muscle.

daily 4 to 5 km. walking within 35 mt.take vegetable’s slices etc.there sufficient gap between 2 meals at least 4 hours.
at morning some exercises just 20 mint es Surinam’s, 15 minutes yoga and 15 minutes pranayam etc .it is very very useful to reduce Weight loss and maintain good figure also

join a gym.. go for long brisk walks nd stop junk foods ….eat lots of fresh fruits nd veggies
