I Wanna Lose Chest Fat, It Seems My Nipples Are Puffy And They Stick Out?

Typical man boob I guess, but whats it puffy for? I am not that fat, I weigh 210 lbs and im packed with muscle, I just have fat in my chest and stomach I dont want anymore. What are some good exercises to tone my chest up

Ok what i would advise is for you to lower your carb intake, Only have complex carbs like sweet potato’s brown rice etc..You can do 1000 sit ups an a 1000 push ups everyday but you still wont lose the fat, all you will be doin is toning the muscle that you already have under the fat.
Eat smaller portions for your meals, if that mean having 5 or 6 meals instead of 3 that cool. Its better to graze than to binge.
Eat healthily and Exercise regualy
It worked for me.

Dont believe any of those fad flab ab workouts you see on tv, the best way to lose the gut is to do running, sit-ups only make your abs stronger, if you really want to burn up those fat puffs, go for a good long jog every morning
