I Believe I Have Gynecomastia (man Boob Condition). Any Advice As To Best Ways To Get Rid Of Them?
Posted on 16. Jan, 2010 by admin in Man Boob Forum
Plastic surgery would be a last resort, but would like to at least give shifting the majority of the size through exercise. Essentially looking for the best exercises, foods, supplements etc etc and time to expect a considerable change, if that is not too much to ask.

You need to seek the advice of a physician. Avoid self diagnosis.
If you do have gynecomastia is is a hormonal imbalance that needs to be addressed by a physician. Only he can diagnose the problem and treat it properly. Exercises and foods aren’t going to effect gynecomastia because the body is predisposed to deposit fat in that area, regardless. Supplements need to be prescribed or recommended by a doctor. You can do yourself great harm by taking supplements not okay’ed by your doctor. (trust me I’m a nurse).
Sorry I couldn’t give you an easier answer, but I hope this helps.

The condition usually cannot be reverted through exercise, since the glands are excessively large, it is not fat. I recommend you check out this book which really helped me out: http://cgi.ebay.com/ULTIMATE-GUIDE-TO-PL…

Essentially, there are no good exercises and lets be realistic. Any good food is high in calories. Supplements…forget it! Want to get rid of man boob? Stop eating so much.

gynecomastia is a genetic condition, it doesn’t suddenly happen, you are born with it.
If it is a new thing for you, then it is likely just fat build up and you need to exercise and diet to get rid of it.
Butterflies are the best exercises for the pecks I know of, would build up gradually tho as they can make you very sore in a short time if you are unaccustomed.

Gynaecomastia is an abnormal growth of breast tissue in a male. I has a number of causes, the real one in any individual needs medical investigation. No exercises, supplements or anything else is going to affect it.
