I really like to play football, so i really don’t need to loose that much weight, just take some inches off my gut. I am really ashamed of my man boobs.

good time to get healthy.
If you’re extremely committed you could try some things from
shape.com
but, those get BORING after awhile lol.
But, staying active is really the key ingredient when losing weight.
So first, it’s really important that you find an activity that you really like to do…
maybe, skateboarding, Roller blading, running, soccer, jump roping, uhmm…. Dancing, football, or even swimming is a great one. ohh or trampolines, those are really fun.
Anyway you can think of to just stayy active!
also, talk to your parents about wanting to lose weight, they can help you to prepare healither meals and such.
And, they can also be good to have as a support system. :]<3

I found this on this website. There are more tips and info.
1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure.
2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program.
3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily.
4. Don’t weigh yourself more than once a week
5. Take starting measurements as well as weight – sometimes you’ll lose inches before pounds
6. Avoid any type of “low carb” sweetener for the first two weeks
7. Don’t compare your loss to someone else’s – this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary)
8. Stalls are common around the third week so don’t panic
9. If you follow your plan to the T and don’t lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food
10. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison
11. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts – make sure your doctor knows that you’re doing low carb and when you started
12. Don’t blame the diet if you don’t read your plan book — blame the diet if you don’t read the labels — Don’t blame the diet if you don’t follow the diet

if its man boobs u wanna get rid of, its benching u gotta do!
245 pounds… u shud be reppn at least 230,specially if u in football…3 sets of 12 is good
chances are if u have man boobs tho, there will always be a little man boob that stays no matter wat

eat healthier things, eat smaller portions, do like 200 crunches a day. regular crunches, side crunches, situps w/ a medicine ball, bicycle crunches, scissor sit ups.. for the man boobs, bench press, pushups.. good luck!
