i am 13 years old 5′2 i weight 157lbs i wanna know how to lose stomach and chest fat the easiest and fastest way . and my target weight is 125-130lbs is it possible to lose weight from 157 to130 in just about 1-2 month without going to the gym ?? pls help me

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you’re full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
