To lose fat in the chest area there are no specific exercise! No matter how many exercise adds try to sell you a machine to lose fat in “that” specific area, it is your body that decides where the fat will be taken from! You can’t lose fat from a specific body area! Just exercise and your body will take the fat from where it deems it preferable and this is the fat you will burn! Its an overall body fat you will lose, not a breast or butt or arm fat.
Exercise can’t make you gain body fat, but it can strenghten your chest muscles and make them firmer so that your breast or overall chest looks a little bigger. But then that just means your getting a healthier body and stronger chest!
Keep up with the jumps and feed well and, most of all, accept that your body is the way it is and you can’t change everything you want on it!

You can not specify an area. While jumping rope is great aerobic exercise. You’ll need more than that, and also to do some chest exercises so you tone the muscle, and help tighten the skin! I suggest running and skipping rope. Google chest exercises. Do little to no weight and more reps to tone and not build up bulk!

You really cannot lose fat in a specific area. When you exercise and eat properly you can lose fat slowly. But it comes off where your body allows it and everyone is different.
