If you have chest fat, you have body fat on the rest of your body, too. To lose it, you need to do cardio, whihc is hard to do in ur room, unless you can get an exercise bike in there, like a stationary one. Push-ups will help tone your chest, but not give you a huge one. I think ur confusing man-boobs with pecs. Pecs look good, man boobs don’t. lol
Do 3 sets of about 20-30 push-ups, 3 times a week, and you will tone your chest up quickly.

There is no real exercise to lose your “man-boobs” without targeting the pecs. Your best bet is to do cardio. I used to have a similar problem, and i did cardio everyday for 30 min a day. After only 3 weeks i saw major improvement. I suggest, jogging 3-4 times a week, and swimming for 2-3 times a week. Remember, you have to be committed and you cant get lazy.

Why would you not want pecs?
