How to lose chest fat for men? I tried everything and nothing seem to work. I have bigger chest than my girlfriend’s.

I know how you feel buddy. Even when I tried exercise by chest would only get bigger because of the muscle underneath. Cardio worked for the whole of my body but my chest. follow this workout and i dont care how much fat you have in your chest you will lose it.
1.Dips about 3-5 sets of ten or how many ever you can do
2. get the perfect push-up handles and do about 2 sets of 15 of those
3. Run 1 mile all out
4. Do pushups as soon as you wake up in the bathroom and at night before you go to sleep(about 30-40 pushups each set)
Now listen this is my workout and you can gradually increase and trust me this helped my chest fat significantly burn and give me a nice shaped chest.

cardio is the only way.. you cant lose body fat in just one area but i bet you could probably stand to lose it throught the rest of your body as well.. most people could

Push-ups, pull-ups and all that good stuff. They both work out ur chest muscles.
