How To Lose Chest Fat And Gain Muscle?

Hey im a 16 yr old male 5′10″ and between 160-170 and im wantin to kno of a really good and successful way of losin chest fat. ive got a little bit of fat at the end of my **** which makes them pointyish which really sucks so any good suggestions on how to lose the fat and get muscle?

You can’t loose fat from your chest specifically, but if you excercise you’ll loose excess fat generally, including excess chest fat. But these things are also a question of genetics, so there’s no guarantee really.
Do pushups to build your chest muscles and define your chest area. Our chest muscles are some of the easiest muscles to build as we don’t use them much in our everyday life. So even with a limited effort (20 push-ups a day) you’ll start seeing results pretty quickly (~3 months).
Start slowly, though, and increase the numbers over time so you don’t strain anything.

You really can’t lose fat just on your chest. The best thing you can do is run at least 20 min first thing in the morning on a empty stomach and lift weights in the afternoon or at night focusing on your chest then any type of cardio after your weight lifting session for 20-30 min.Go home and drink a protein shake then go to sleep or do you HW.

pushups mainly target your pecs (your chest plates) so if you do pushups that’ll help you get some chest muscle.
