How To Lose Chest / Abdominal Section Fat?

Posted on 26. Jan, 2010 by admin in Man Boob Forum

I am a 16 year old male. I am 5′8 1/2 and weigh 170 pounds. I am pretty fit in my entire body except for my abominal section and my chest. I can run a 12:20 two mile run and play soccer and rowing all year. Despite my constant high exercise levels, I still am plagued by fat in my chest and abdominal sections. I eat pretty well and I am constantly exercising so what can I do to get more toned?

That’s good that you row. I do too. However as part of your exercise, I suggest you also swim and do ab circuit:
-Crunches with your legs in the air (chair position) and your hands on your chest. Do 50
-Side- crunches. Same as crunches only you do them to the side of your body. Feet on the ground. Do 50 for each side
-Leg lifts. Your hands at your sides. Back touching the ground. Lift your legs up up and down slowly. Do 30. Then hold them for 20 seconds in the middle. Then 20 seconds to each side. The you spread your legs and another 20 seconds.
- “Superman” stomach on the ground. Lift arms and legs up. Hold them for a minute.
-Holds. push up position, with your forearms touching the ground (you body makes a “table”). hold head up. keep your entire body completely straight. 1:30 minutes on. 30 seconds off. Do that 5 times.
-Folds. Lay spread on the ground. Bring your hands and legs up at the same time. Keep you legs straight. Do that 20 times. Doesn’t feel? Do 30 e.t.c…
And always stretch your stomach after this. It feels good and stretches the muscles that have been worked out.
(Those exercises are in no particular order. Do them from the easiest to the hardest for you.)
Good luck. Don’t smoke weed. Don’t do drugs. Only eat healthy food. You will be ripped.
