How To Lose Body Fat? Particularly Face And Chest Fat?

So. here we go. not dun this kinda thing b4 but hope it helps
i am 19 yrs old and ur averge guy.
however since leaving school at 17 i have put on a lot of weight. i used to be 10 stone and i am now 12 stone. i am about 5′7 or 5′8. i used to ply lots of sports but now i dont so maybe my body cant cope with the amount of juunk food i eat as i dont excersise now. i am embarrased seein fotos of myself now. i particularly notice the fat in my face and my chest and hips. my legs jst look th same if im right.
basically. what must i do to lose fat.
if i just run loads will this lose fat? if i walk loads will this lose fat? i know i should eat healthy but what stuff should i eat?
i wnt 2 lose fat as soon as pos.
all help im grateful for. please be specific. how long will the fat losing process take to lose say a stone or 2??

Never look for fast weight loss.Try to eat 6 small meals a day. This helps your metabolism. Also, eat a small meal as soon as you wake up each day. When your body has been fasting for 14 hours, when you don’t eat breakfast you body thinks you’re out of food and stores all the fat that it can so you can survive. Jogging, biking, swimming, or dancing are good aerobics.
A possible schedule:
1. When you wake up :1 1/2 cup bowl low sugar cereal
2.11:00 – bowl of carrots and an apple
3. 2:00 – bowl of brown rice
4. 5:00 – pasta meal w/ yogurt
5. 8:00 – 2 hard boiled eggs
Follow the general flow of the intake of fruits, vegetables, grains, and dairy. When you drink a large glass of water with each meal, it fills you up 2-3x faster. That helps hunger craving control.

What must you do to loose fat? Burn more calories than you take in. Find your target heart rate for burning calories. Then excersize often and regularly. Don’t set short term goals cause if you fail it makes you want to give up. You must eat to loose weight. I’m a heart attack survivor and for the last two years i have steadily been loosing weight and inches. I was over 300 pounds when i had my heart attack. Ive lost and kept off 25 pounds plus about 12″ off my waist line. I look for low cholestrol, low fat and low sodium. Very hard to find such food. Check with a doctor to find out whats right for you. Most of the battle is in your head not your stomach. Good Luck

when you lose weight, you cannot lose it from one specific spot. It doesn’t work like that. If you lose weight, you lose it all over. You will lose it from your arms 1st.
Here’s the thing. If you want to burn tons of calories…get on the Elliptical for 45 mins to 60 mins. Don’t huff. Its possible. I went from barely being able to do 5 mins on the Elliptical to being able to do well over an hour at a difficulty level of 13.
An hour of Elliptical at a rate of 70-80 you can burn 1000 calories. That’s huge. There are 3500 calories in 1 lb of fat. So you do the math.
diet+exercise=weight loss. Period.
Consume a lot of chicken and fish. Tons and tons of vegetables. No fast food. EVER. Treat yourself once a week to a guilty pleasure like a cheese burger or pizza. And drink 2-3 Liters of water a day.
I myself use Hydroxycut Hardcore. But as it is named…hardcore…its just that. So read the label and follow the directions.
I gained 70 lbs with my last child and have lost 82lbs of that. Just by doing the Elliptical and lifting weights.
Its hard at 1st, but after you do it consistently for 2 weeks, your golden. Keep it up.

25 reps 3 sets of crunches.
do half an hour of running.
take a 10 minute walk after dinner.
eat 5-6 small meals.

I know what you mean. I went through this same thing (and most men do). It is very simple to get yourself back on track. Here is how you do it:
1) split your food up so that you eat 5 healthy mini-meals daily. Make sure you get plenty of protein, whole grains, and veggies
(this will cause your body to be in thermo mode all day long speeding up your metabolism and making you feel fuller when you eat your meals because you aren’t starving and you will probably not overeat)
2) drink lots of water (this will help speed up your metabolism)
3) try to fit some exercise in i.e. walking, jogging, weight-lifting (This will burn calories, speed up your metabolism, and if you lift weights you will build muscle which will burn more calories even while you are sitting on the couch). Sometimes less is more…. meaning do not run 20 miles a day, you may cause your body to cannibalize your muscles for energy leaving you a skinny fat person. Sprints may be the best cardio you could do to get your metabolism in high gear.
