How To Lose Belly Fat And Chest Fat (i Lift To)?

I lift and am in most part in shape but i have bellly fat and looks like I am getting man boobs and is it what I’m eating like taking in to many carbs or protein? What could I do about it?

If you are trying to get rid of your belly fat and get a nice, toned mid section, you have to do the right things in and out of the gym. Doing crunches,sit-ups and other “ab†exercises all day long isn’t going to do much if you don’t have a good nutrition plan to go with it. Not only that but doing 100’s of crunches or sit-ups isn’t the best way to get a flat belly and nice abs in my experience. There are certain “core†exercises that do a much better job at strengthening and shaping your mid section than traditional crunches and ab work.
There are some good information products out there that can help you get the look you want. One that I have tried and loved is The Truth about Abs, by Mike Geary. You can find it here.

He has put together a great package of exercises and nutritional plans that are geared towards flattening your stomach and getting rid of the fat that covers up the muscles around your mid section. It is one of the best programs I have seen for it.

A great way to lose chest fat is to do the plank. (this works the chest primarily, but also abs for the belly fat)
