How To Get Rid Of Belly And Man Boob Fat?

I have been working out for the last two months and I can not seem to get the last little bit of belly and man boob fat off my body. I can feel the muscles under the fat, but I have done everything possible to burn it off and it won’t go. Any real help would be appreciated. I don’t have the money for Lipo, so that is not an option.

You have choices but they all boil down to reducing your calories and increasing your activity. If you’re burning more than you’re consuming you’ll lose weight. Hey there, what you need to do is split your training up. So instead of doing say 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of weights, start with 15 mins of cardio, then the 30 mins of weights, followed by the remaining 15 mins of cardio. This will burn more fat than just doing weights and cardio seperately!
You’ll also want to try eat 5-6 small healthy meals each day. Not sure of your diet plan, but if you’re just having the usual 3 large meals, your body doesn’t really use all the calories from each meal in a sitting, as a result it converts it to fat. By eating smaller more frequent meals, fat storage will be minimized. It will also increase your metabolism which will also help you lose more fat naturally. :-)

lol wow im exact same situation.. my chest is musle but then theirs stil that shell of fat on the outside, iuno ive been workin out all day n nite n it doesnt go away.. gota wait till ur older i guess.
but if u work out n lift weights n **** then u got nothing to worry bout , not like ur 400 pounds n eating mcdonalds everyday.
