		<description>What you&#039;ve been doing is pretty good already.  Keep it up but don&#039;t drive yourself too hard because it can be really unhealthy. Excersing is a healthy way to lose weight but you have to also watch what and how much you eat.  Just excercise regularly and eat healthy food then the fat will eventually go away. (Your body needs some fat, too).</description>
