You don’t state your height. A more useful measuring tool would be to calculate you BMI (Body Mass Index)
This will only give you a guide as to an ‘average’ persons weight to height comparison which would also need to take into consideration your age and general fitness.
When exercising do you do mainly aerobic and anaerobic exercise or more weight shifting type?
In a nutshell, to lose weight you will need to burn more calories than you intake, it’s as simple as that!
More important is your general fitness and PMA (positive Mental Attitude).

What you’ve been doing is pretty good already. Keep it up but don’t drive yourself too hard because it can be really unhealthy. Excersing is a healthy way to lose weight but you have to also watch what and how much you eat. Just excercise regularly and eat healthy food then the fat will eventually go away. (Your body needs some fat, too).
