How Long Will It Take Me To Lose My Fatty Small Man Boobs?

It feels like jello sort of. I am 12 years old. And weigh 122 pounds. But i have man boobs. What i have been starting doing is 25 minuutes 5x a week doing chrunches and chest flyes and bench preses with 8 pound dumbells (16 pounds together) And i have also been dieting a little bit. I dont drink soft drinks and i dont really eat sweets. Please help! And give me got answers please this is very important!

1) u must go on your sport practices & diet
2) u must ignore thinking about them and their size

Crunches and weights are probably a waste of time at your age. To lose fat you need to do two things: 1. Cardio, which means get up in the morning and before breakfast, walk fast or jog slow for 20 minutes. Just enough so you’re breathing too fast to be able to talk to someone and you’re sweating. Don’t go faster than that. 2. Diet. You need to eat healthy. You need to balance your protein (meat, eggs and stuff) with carbs (bread, veggies). Don’t eat any crap like potato chips, “sweets,” pizza, Coke, burgers, etc.
When you are 16 or something you can start lifting weights if you want to get huge.

It looks like your on the right track. It can take a while for visible fat loss but you should start feeling firmer in not long. Muscly chests sometimes have rather sticky outy boobs too you know. Plus if your twelve your due for a growth spurt soon so thats a definate plus. It could just be puppy fat.

12 is a young age. your body is suppose to be going through weird stages. If you keep up a good workout, it will be fixed in no time. don’t kill yourself over it, just keep up the good work!

sit ups werk the best and chest flys ur on the right track but to diet u need to eat smaller portions
eat about 6 times a day but make it small little meals like for breakfast just a peice of ham an apple and toast
