How Likely Are Man Boobs To Disappear After Losing All The Extra Weight/fat?

I’m 14, 1.71 meters and 80 k. I used to weight 92 and I’m still losing weight.
Besides the man boobs I have big/swollen nipples. Please help

you have extra female hormones, see ur doctor
this is common during puberty, at ur age my nipples also became swollen, it usually just goes with time
