How Do You Get Rid Of Man Boobs?

Hi.
Im a teenager at the minute and have quite large man boobs. I would appreciate any advice of how to get rid of them in the form of exersizes and diet (no pills 
) thanks for any advice.

Any time you lose weight, that will decrease the fat tissue in your “man boobs”. Fat is also estrogenic, which means any fat tissue in your body is producing estrogen, which will cause man boobs too. Smoking weed will also cause them, so if you smoke, stop completely. Eliminate any estrogenic compounds from your diet. Don’t drink lots of soy milk. Tea tree oil is in a lot of hair products. It’s very estrogenic. Good luck. If that
doesn’t do it, you can have a little liposuction.
