Cutting back on fat and carbohydrates is a simple way to improve your diet, just ease up on soft drinks and hamburgers.  Personally I try to avoid anything with sugar or wheat flour, that eliminates a LOT of the food that we have available to us most of the time.
You should not do anything drastic, such as a starvation diet or hard exercise at 13.</description>

To lose the arm chest thigh and tummy you need to do a 40 min cardio work-out at least 3 times a week and to tone up, at least one session of weights. This will 100% work.  Green Tea is also a metabolism booster - I&#039;ve seen people lose heaps of weight by drinking a few a day..</description>
