Hi im 13 years old and im 5′7 153 pounds and i need to lose weight, i Really want to get toned as quick as possible please help.

If you really wanna lose weight long term you need to start eating a carb breakfast every day and eat progressively less during the day. A small protein dinner best. To lose the arm chest thigh and tummy you need to do a 40 min cardio work-out at least 3 times a week and to tone up, at least one session of weights. This will 100% work. Green Tea is also a metabolism booster – I’ve seen people lose heaps of weight by drinking a few a day..

At 13, 5′ 7″ and 153 lbs I would say that you should simply start exercising. Running, sit-ups, push-ups and pull-ups are often enough to tone most of the major muscle groups; you don’t need to go to a gym or do fancy equipment.
Cutting back on fat and carbohydrates is a simple way to improve your diet, just ease up on soft drinks and hamburgers. Personally I try to avoid anything with sugar or wheat flour, that eliminates a LOT of the food that we have available to us most of the time.
You should not do anything drastic, such as a starvation diet or hard exercise at 13.

cut back on your pasta,rice.potatoes and bread.eat more veggies and low fat meat protein.run for at least twenty minutes every day.you’ll get fast results
